Pava LaPere, originally from Tucson, Arizona, was a graduate of Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, where she completed her studies in 2018. According to her LinkedIn profile, she served as a Head Course assistant at the university from 2016 to 2019. The Murder Suspect: Jason Dean Billingsley
