The since-deleted Instagram post was captioned:

The “apology” West mentioned is assumed to be for his previous racist and antisemitic comments. He faced backlash for wearing a controversial “White Lives Matter” t-shirt at Paris Fashion Week 2022. He also posted anti-Jewish tweets, including one claiming he “can’t be antisemitic” because “Black People are actually Jew(s) also.”
West offered an apology by selling all Yeezy brand merchandise for $20 flat.

45-year-old Dov Charney is a Canadian businessman. He founded the clothing company American Apparel in the early 1990s. The brand filed for bankruptcy in 2015 after allegations against Charney of harassment, assault, discrimination and racism.
Charney was fired from American Apparel. In 2016, he started a new brand called Los Angeles Apparel, according to his Wikipedia page. Originally from Montreal, Charney is Jewish. His products targeted young metropolitan adults.

On February 8, 2024, Kanye West released a music video for his upcoming album Vultures (Havoc Version). He said Jon Rafman created it using full AI imagery.
