Isla Bryson should be sent to a male prison, according to Graham. Bryson would not serve her prison term at Cornton Vale women’s prison, according to Nicola Sturgeon, who made the announcement during first minister’s questions in the Scottish parliament on January 26.
Even with the reasonable public and parliamentary concern, Sturgeon added, “I don’t see how it’s possible to have a rapist within a female prison.”
